Overconsolidation – Uashat Mak Mani-Utenam

The project consists of preparatory work for the Phase 3B residential development in Uashat. This stage aims to stabilize the clay soil to ensure the stability of the future Ipuan, Mani, and Kananin streets. Simply put, we will excavate the ground and backfill it with sand (MG-112). The work is essential to ensure the land is safe and ready to accommodate upcoming infrastructure.
