One of the main challenges of the PIT Webb 2 project lies in the coactivity between site preparation work and ongoing mining operations, within a restricted and highly active operational area. In addition, surface and groundwater management represents a major challenge essential to maintaining safe working conditions and protecting existing infrastructure.
